Cell Phone wireless headset: cool or no?

Cell Phone wireless headsets can be either the best thing ever invented, or one of the worst contraptions you will ever have a chance to use. I used to look at people wearing a cell phone wireless headset and think to myself, that is the coolest thing I have ever seen. Isn't it truly amazing how we live in a society that develops and figures out a way for these little devices, stuck in our ear, can communicate with our cell phones in our pocket, and transmit an excellent cell phone signal over miles and miles away?

Whether you love them or hate them, the cell phone wireless headsets are a great invention. How would you like to be the guy who sat in a lab and figured out the technology to make these things work? I have a hard enough time trying to figure out how to get it to work with my cell phone, and be able to turn it on in time to answer a call.

In California, we have a hands free law while driving. I dont know if using these cell phone wireless headsets help or make it more dangerous. These devices have given us the freedom to really do what we want, when we are driving. But, although I really like the look of these cell phone wireless headsets, I do have trouble hearing these things. I always seem to have to put my hand on the cell phone wireless headset, press it against my ear, so that I can really hear my conversation. Is that a good thing?

Overall, the cell phone wireless headset is a fabulous invention, the technology keeps getting better with new devices like the BlueAnt Supertooth. This is by far the best looking and working cell phone wireless device I have seen used in a car. You don't have to stick it in your ear, it just clips to your visor in your car and away you go.

Well, I will wait for the day when instead of cell phone wireless headsets, we all have a little R2D2 robot that will transmit our video messages like they did for Obie One Kinobi, until then, who knows what they think of next?
